Generation Maps (Family ChArtist) was one of the vendors present at Family History Expo I attended in Mesa in January 2010.
What a great service they are offering! You can take your family tree information and create every type of chart and poster you can imagine….AND customize to just how you might like it.
I especially like the decorative charts. Here are some examples.

I never know what to get and this would be a perfect gift for a genealogy type person like myself to give to family members.

Family ChArtist is their Design Your Own family tree chart software. It is very easy to use.
I need a pedigree chart/family tree that will show 20 generations at a glance The problem with my program is that I can only get 6 generations per page and putting them all together gets very confusing for my clients. Do you have a suggestion or recommendation?

In your case I recommend a company called FamilyChartMasters for large scale banners. They would be able to help you find the best way to display your large family tree.

I have an elderly aunt who wants to make a geneology chart that stems from my Grandmother who has 8 children and many grandchildren and great grandchildren, to present day. Not to include her husbands (X3)How would I go about that . I have all of the information and I want tomake it into a chart so that she can frame it.

Thanks for your comment. I suggest contacting Family Chartmasters as it sounds like you will need a very large chart.
