On the road – Jamboree Here We Come!

#scgs10

I’m getting excited!  Thursday we head off to Southern California to attend the Genealogical Jamboree.  I LOVE genealogy conferences.  My husband less so but he puts up with it…and who knows, we may convert him yet.  We did catch him buying a genealogy magazine featuring Salem witches at the last conference.  (His ancestor Mary Eastey was one of the witches).

The Jamboree is one of the largest genealogy conferences and the most fun, I hear.   This will be my first time. I’m looking forward to connecting with my online genealogy friends and to learning more US genealogy tricks.  Most of my family tree is in Canada and abroad.  Hubby’s is south of the border.

I’m also looking forward to checking out the genealogy vendors.  Should we take an extra suitcase?  Perhaps!

If you plan to be there please come find me.  I’d love to meet you.
