*CIVIL WAR VET: James Kerr b. abt 1834., enlisted as a private at age 27 on

24 June 1861 in D Co. 5th Infanty Regiment Maine, discharged due to disability

in 1863. He fought at the battle of Bull Run in Virginia.

Waterville, PQ, and died Nov 18, 1887 in North Hatley, PQ.
